Ever since the establishment of Nawakij Group, Nawakij Aluminum and Glass (2009) Co., Ltd has gone through varieties of innovative and challenging projects, both in Thailand and recently in international locations. Its eager to keep up with new innovation and its long list of loyal customers define the character of a group that reliable and never stands still.
1987 – 1990
In 1987, Thailand was in the age of real estate bloom, Vanich and Wichai Anunnathapong, Wanna Kijbumroong and Sasivee Jiamkuan, a group of young people started up a business in façade sector, establishing Nawakij Glass later to become the Nawakij Group. 1991- 2008
The company expanded in 1991 with the establishment of Nawakij Aluminum Partnership Ltd, as well as extending its capabilities to work with medium to high-rise building and more complex façade systems such as unitise & semi-unitise system, aluminium composite wall system, and etc. Its operations later spread throughout Thailand with varieties of project including Challenger Hall -Muang Thong Thani (2008-2009), Le Meridian Hotel (2006), Marriot Hotel Sathon (2008-2009) and Le Monaco Condominium (2008).
2009 - 2010
In 2009, Nawakij Aluminum and Glass (2009) co., Ltd. is founded and later in 2010 the new factory was constructed to undertake a bigger project the group had been awarded.
2011 - 2013
Under the name of Nawakij Aluminum and Glass (2009) Co., Ltd in 2011, Nawakij was awarded with the Noble Luxury Ploenchit Condominium, that worth more than $13 million.
Nawakij Aluminum won a contract worth 4 million dollars for designed and installed a façade system of the new head quarter of the Royal Thai Army Radio and Television Station.
2014
In order to response to the demand of Nawakij’s services in overseas countries, the company has established NWK PLUS International Co., Ltd (NWK+) to undertake the international project in 2014. In the same year, NWK+ has been awarded with the first overseas project the Star City Zone B in Thanlyin City, Myanmar, and quickly follow up with another project in Malaysia with HomePro.
